In all honesty, I don't understand people who complain about the store's welcome and give one star... I have always been well received and very well advised. The shoes offered to me are of very good quality (and this is vital - literally - for what concerns me). They even do more than their job because my health situation is particular and requires special attention which I find at this brand in Ploërmel. They always took a lot of time for me when necessary (especially this evening). In short, a team that I find very human, and prices that correspond to the quality.

Very disappointed with the director who is not a businessman. I'm stopping by this morning to buy some items including a pair of shoes. I give the shoe from the display to the saleswoman to have the second and make the pair. A small error on the part of the person who puts a very similar but not identical model, no one notices except me when I arrive at home...I call at the beginning of the afternoon and I am told to come back (76 km round trip) . I returned in the evening and left without my jacket or my wallet just thinking of having an exchange to make. On the other hand, they tell me, we billed the cheapest, the one I didn't want. the saleswoman calls the manager who doesn't want to know anything. So refund. So for your information, my 4x4 consumes 15l/100 so 78 km to repair your mistake, it cost me more than the action you should have made to repair your fault. I am a business manager and I do my best to satisfy my customers. it is better to make a move than to lose it. Don't worry, I ordered some on the internet as a result, even though I much prefer the welcome from your sales staff to a PC. You won't see me anymore, too bad I don't have end of month problems and I'm not careful about prices. best wishes.
